The only thing that can be called a "neo" is the breakfast solution. The bar is very convenient but the staff is inattentive, superficial… in short, even though the products are good, the service cannot be said the same. Too bad.

The location is fantastic—central, on a pedestrian-only shopping street, a block from Teatro Massimo, steps to the bus stop that takes you to the airport. The place is clean and modern. The common area offers complimentary coffee and snacks. The room is a good size. Like many buildings in the area, toilet paper cannot be flushed down the toilet and must be placed in a bin, which might not suit everyone.
