Location, room. The bed needed adjustment and was very noisy.

The place was welcoming and comfortable, but the ventilation was poor.

The rooms were clean, beautiful, fully equipped, and there was a courtyard where we could dine peacefully. The owner offered great advice via WhatsApp, and the metro station was nearby. Breakfast consisted of a chosen croissant and coffee at the corner café, where friendly people greeted us. Everything was fine.

The host was precise, punctual, and orderly, and we appreciated finding a kettle and herbal teas in the room. The rooms were comfortable and well furnished. Nothing else to note.
