Mr. Kamran himself was friendly, but the address and room photo they showed were wrong. The room was filthy, especially the bathroom, and the AC only worked after 10 pm. At night I found bedbugs and cockroaches on the bed, so I couldn’t sleep at all.
“I didn’t stay there so how could I tell you”
I hate this place. I booked four nights, but when I arrived there was no one, and I called repeatedly with no answer. I paid for the stay and still haven’t gotten a refund. It’s unprofessional and feels like a scam.

After a 10‑hour bus ride, I found it hard to write a positive review. There was no clear reception; only security guards who led me in circles for an hour and a half. None of the accommodation phone numbers answered, neither me nor the guards. Finally someone gave me a room, but a guest gave me a hostile welcome, the place smelled of cigarettes and was filthy. That guest even told me to leave the room I was supposed to stay in. With no further help from anyone in charge, I had to find another place and never got any reimbursement. Time, money, and energy were completely wasted.
