“No Coffee!”

The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, parking was plentiful, and it was easy to reach. We used Uber to get around Madison, and the location was good, but I probably wouldn’t stay again. I do have one complaint: there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby. They had a Starbucks inside, but even a simple brewed cup costs a lot. It seemed trivial, yet I was disappointed having to go back to my room to get my credit card for a basic black coffee. The hotel is cash‑free, so the money I always carry didn’t help.

I’d love a 24‑hour coffee station; Starbucks only opens at 7:00 am and many of us were up at 6:00 am looking for a cup, so we had to leave the hotel for a decent one. The in‑room coffee machine is there, but the coffee tastes like dirty dishwater—definitely room for improvement.

Parking was convenient, but the air‑conditioning in the room was too loud to sleep. Breakfast fell flat with cold eggs and cold hashbrowns, and the waiter wasn’t the friendliest.

The bathroom looked nice and the bed was comfortable, but the room had a strong pee smell and there were a lot of shady characters outside the parking lot. It definitely wasn’t worth $300.

“It ws ok”

We asked for a chocolate chip cookie three times—morning, afternoon, and evening—but never received one. The room we were given smelled awful, so we requested a change, but the next room also had a bad odor. The third room was acceptable.
