The hotel is a bit older but well kept. The staff are friendly and the parking is sufficient. The half‑board buffet is simple but adequate, understandable for the off‑season. I recommend the hotels, other accommodation and restaurants in the area. The whirlpool water was only 32 °C. Heating on Tuesday and Wednesday was at the edge of comfort, but on Friday it was fine. That’s understandable given the hotel’s usage. I can’t recommend Karpacz or Kowary. Everywhere there are pushy salespeople for private expensive parking. Entry to the church, Krkonoše park, the waterfall, etc. is paid. There are fines at the supermarket for parking even though they advertise one hour free.

The price/performance ratio is good, with excellent breakfasts and dinners. The hotel is pet‑friendly, but a dog cannot stay alone in the room, so we had to go out for meals one by one.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and the room was large. We had robes and towels for the sauna included, and parking was free. The food was delicious. Our stay was very pleasant and successful. We recommend the hotel and will gladly return.

The hotel is in a nice location, the staff are helpful and kind. Breakfast and dinner are excellent, with a smaller selection but everything very tasty. The mattresses were too firm for us, and a minor drawback is that drinks at dinner are not included; you have to pay extra.
