The price was great, and the promise of included late check‑in made us think it would be perfect for us. We arrived as soon as we got to LA, but they said they were sold out. When we asked about our reservation, they just repeated that they had nothing available.

The location is near the port for cruises, but the building is old, small, and not very clean because of worn carpets, walls, and bathrooms. The staff did their best, yet the property shouldn’t be listed as a motel or hotel.
