From the moment I entered, the hotel staff were very friendly; the hall is beautiful and smells great; the bed is very comfortable, the balcony views are spectacular, and the breakfast is exquisite. The airport transfer is a bit expensive: a street taxi costs 20 JOD, theirs is 25 JOD if you pay the driver in cash, or 35 JOD if you use a private car and pay by card.

It was my second stay at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised this time because I was assigned a larger room even though I hadn’t booked one, which was definitely a nice upgrade. Because of the tense situation in the Middle East, my return flight was cancelled, so I asked if I could cancel my second night free of charge since I no longer needed it and finally left the country; instead, the hotel offered me a complimentary taxi transfer and a 25 JOD credit for the restaurant/bar, which I found very considerate and absolutely fair, and I really appreciated the gesture. I think the cleanliness should be checked a bit more carefully before rooms are assigned to guests; other than that, everything was fine, but a little more attention to detail in this area would improve the overall experience.
