The only pleasant thing was the relatively close proximity to the airport, yet the location was on a dirty, run‑down industrial area. The room faced the hallway instead of the outside, and the family suite was a cramped 4 × 4 m box with a tiny bathroom. The “ambient lighting” made us wonder if the room was rented by the hour. The beds were probably decades old, and the receptionist spoke no English. Various odd noises kept us awake and annoyed. We were relieved to be able to leave on time for the airport and that our rental car was still there.
