Nanni welcomed us at arrival, the balcony offered an amazing panoramic view of Ibla, the location was ideal for accessing the old town and we loved the hidden doorway into the streets, and breakfast on the terrace was excellent.

Very good position. Our room had a beautiful view of Ragusa Ibla. The room was very comfortable and Nanni was very helpful and was the only host during our trip to Sicily who took our suitcase up to our room. Breakfast on the beautiful terrace was delicious and served in a friendly and welcoming manner. The croissants filled with pistachio and other delicious things were wonderful. It was easy to get to the town centre using the secret passageway which reduced the number of steps to climb. Free parking very close to the property was a bonus too. Nothing except maybe having to go back to our room in a separate building to use the toilet. A very minor problem though

“Unfortunately, absolutely not recommended.”

The photos online are utterly misleading and give a completely false impression of the place. The hotel is actually two separate buildings; one of them is located across the street and only offers a tiny balcony. The room is very poorly equipped and smells strongly of bathroom cleaning products. Because of this, we requested to cancel our stay free of charge and found another hotel instead. We absolutely cannot recommend this place.
