“Warm and Welcoming”
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the excellent room service and pleasant atmosphere. My room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were courteous and friendly, making my stay truly enjoyable.
I have to admit that the hotel's location was a redeeming quality, but unfortunately, everything else fell short of my expectations. The hotel's prime location couldn't make up for the subpar amenities and services I experienced during my stay.
I recently had a peaceful stay at this hotel, but I was caught off guard when I was charged an additional Rs 400 after checking in. The hotel claimed they no longer use a certain booking platform and that the minimum room rate is Rs 1200, which left me feeling uneasy about the pricing. Despite this, I'm hoping for a positive response from the hotel regarding this matter.

They tried to extort more money from us, threatening to deny us a room if we didn't comply, and then proceeded to hand us a dirty, dilapidated room with a terrible bathroom. The food was overpriced and subpar, and the staff's behavior was rude and dishonest, making for a truly awful experience.
