Golden Star

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast was included and was a great bonus. The price was also very reasonable for the quality of service and facilities. Overall, a lovely experience. Highly recommended!

Had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Golden Star, Kollam. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. The hotel offers very good value for money and has a convenient location near the railway station. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The reception staff could be more friendly and welcoming. Improving the attitude and customer service at the front desk would make the overall guest experience much better

Our room was good, fairly clean, and the food at the hotel is tasty. The bed was great—very comfortable. The bathroom was also superb. Those who know Indian hospitality will not find it here; all staff are nice and friendly but very distant. The dishes from room service could have been collected faster; they sat outside the door all night. Not everyone can speak good English at the hotel.
