“It was a great spot to stay and well priced”
The location was great. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working and it got quite hot, but the fan supplied helped.
“Enjoyable one night stay for work”
The welcome was friendly, the pub was cosy with plenty of screens for sports, and the food and drink were reasonably priced for London. The corridor to the bedrooms was dark and uninviting, and the bedroom décor felt a bit odd, but the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot.
The staff were friendly and got an iron to the room quickly, and the location was great; the room was comfortable and clean. The window wouldn’t open much and the air‑conditioning seemed to be not working.
The hotel is well positioned near the tube and bus, and the area is quiet. The room is on the first floor of a nice pub. Check‑in was slightly delayed but it wasn’t a problem.
The location and the rooms were very comfortable. We stayed in room 6, but the window wouldn’t open and it was full of spider webs, a detail I didn’t notice because the rest was impeccable.
