I was blown away by the service—Luis at reception handled us like pros! Thanks a ton, we’ll definitely come back without hesitation! Everything else was flawless, no complaints at all.

The front desk staff were always ready to help, especially Luiz who was super helpful and eager to assist. The breakfast, however, leaned heavily on sweets with very few savory options, and the bathroom was awkwardly close to the sink, making it uncomfortable to use.
