Casa das Viegas lies off the Camino Inglés route from Ferrol, but the taxi ride is worth it. The house sits in beautiful gardens and has a swimming pool. Our room was large and very comfortable. The evening meal was wonderful and offered great value. Breakfast (included) was a great start to the day. The staff were very helpful and arranged a replacement taxi when ours failed to show.

The property is very elegant and tranquil, and the staff were outstandingly friendly. Dinner was excellent.

A crew of 13 friends stayed alone at the hotel, and we were treated like royalty with a gorgeous banquet for dinner and a superb breakfast the following morning. The pool and outdoor terrace were perfect for unwinding after a long walk on the Camino. No complaints.
