The staff were wonderful and genuinely devoted, treating guests as friends rather than obligations, and the team – from the front desk staff SedaNur Abay to the restaurant managers like Deniz Altıntaş Dönmez, Helin at the Italian restaurant, and the Asian and Pasha restaurant teams – were all friendly and hardworking; I especially appreciate the dedication of the “Entepli” team and Deniz. The only issue was a few small male groups that didn’t fit the family‑friendly vibe and caused minor disturbances, probably because of the fair season and some guests’ behaviour.

The resort was more than wonderful, surpassing expectations in cleanliness, quietness, beauty, and meticulous attention to detail; everything was carefully organized, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, thanks to everyone running this upscale place for their hospitality and care, I highly recommend it and look forward to visiting again.
