The location is great and the room is large and comfortable; the breakfast is very good, and there are no complaints.

We had a very large, well‑equipped room on the ground floor. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally abundant, offering the usual items plus a wide range of fresh cakes, and you could also order savory extras. The highlight for me was the huge tea selection, something I’d never seen in any other accommodation.

The staff were very friendly, especially the lady with dark hair, and they saved our six‑day stay. The breakfast room in the main building was fine. The village is about 8 km south of Viterbo, central for exploring the region. The major drawback is that without a smartphone (for the access code) and without language skills you’re out of luck. The rooms in the main building seem okay, but the “Pinocchio” apartment in the annex doesn’t deserve the name; its equipment is old, very basic, and poor, and there isn’t even a normal table.
