The spot was spot on, just a hop away from the Colosseo, local food, sights and shops. The bed felt like a rock and the room was scorching; no way to tweak the heat and there was no host on the premises to help, so I had to crack the terrace window for a breeze. Sleep was a mess and I was wiped out after the long flight.

The place is close to the Colosseum. The shower, though, leaked.

It’s near a lot of landmarks. The door code didn’t work for us at first and the directions to the actual entry were vague. I booked a triple suite but ended up with a double. The staff were very helpful, waived the city tax, and refunded the difference between the double and triple, which was a smooth fix.

The room was lovely, clean, and comfy, and the location is perfect—right across from the Colosseum. Getting into the property was easy, and Simona kept up great communication throughout our stay.
