The room was spacious, clean, well organized, and the minibar was well stocked; the bathroom was fabulous. Check‑in and all other information were punctual and very clear. Marco was very professional, friendly, and helpful. No issues to report.

Въпреки че не се видяхме на живо, Марко беше много любезен и отзивчив - обясни ни как и къде да паркираме, къде и какво да разгледаме в града. Дори ни препоръча ресторант, в които ни направиха отстъпка. Паркирахме в една от пресечките на Via Adria Gian Giacomo, което е извън ZTL, но също така и близо до квартала Касба и пристанището. Стаята беше просторна, чиста и приятна. Дори имахме допълнителна стая с легло, което можеше да използва някое от децата ни. Не мога да се сетя за нищо друго освен че приложението на ютуб на телевизора не стартира
