“Vorsicht! Falle!!!”
Breakfast was decent, the wellness area was small but tidy, with three different saunas and a pleasant relaxation room offering tea and fruit. The reception staff were neither helpful nor welcoming. We had specifically booked a slightly larger room in the main building (and paid extra), yet we were given a small dark attic space on the second floor of a side building with no elevator. That room lacked a kettle, bathrobes, and especially the seating area we had booked. The old shower enclosure was leaking and slick, minibar drinks had expired, and so on. When we asked for a different room from the booked category, the reception basically brushed us off, claiming no rooms were available and that complaints should be directed elsewhere because the fault was supposedly only there. Hospitality should be different! We felt extremely uncomfortable and utterly unwelcome in the hotel.
