Overall we were satisfied; the bathrooms and rooms were especially clean. The location was excellent from our perspective, and the parking service was included and good. The staff were unprofessional and the bar didn't live up to the prices.

Getting to the hotel from the airport requires a taxi or car. The breakfast is decent—people say it's great, but it's really just a standard hotel breakfast. The rooms are fine; mine was spacious and the bed super comfy.

The staff were extremely kind and helped us a lot. The hotel is a bit far from the city.

The location is perfect for returning the rental car the next day and it's close to the airport. The only downside is that no one at reception speaks Spanish, but we managed to get by.

Getting to the airport is easy and the staff are lovely. Nothing else to note.
