“Nice location being able to walk to central Bayeux”

They offered a complimentary transfer to and from the SNCF station. Breakfast had a very quaint atmosphere. The walk to Overlords Tours pickup point at Place de Quebec was short. The stairway up from the ground floor is very tight for older visitors. There were no English channels on the TV. I had to pay cash for the stay because credit cards weren’t accepted.

Great breakfast and good location. The host was gracious. Street parking is only available, but it’s free and not too far. You have to negotiate narrow, winding stairs with luggage.

“Loved staying here. The hosts are absolute gems!”

The hosts were wonderful and even took us to and from the train station. The breakfast was magnificent, and the location was great, close to Bayeux centre. We stayed in the two‑bedroom cottage, which was nice to have a small kitchen and lounge for a 5‑night stay, and it even had a washing machine. The only thing to note is that the cottage spans three levels with narrow, steep stairs; the hosts made that clear, so it wasn’t a surprise.

“Lo consiglio”

A beautiful building practically in the city centre. The breakfast was great, and the hosts were courteous and empathetic. The style is unmistakable, and the hosts have their own tastes that should be respected; I just wish they’d remove some items from the rooms as they take up a lot of space.
