The bed was extremely comfortable, but carrying bags up and down the stairs was a bit of a hassle.

The beds were comfy, but I had already paid online and the receptionist asked for payment again at check‑in, seeming skeptical. After about 10 minutes she returned, confirmed the payment in her supervisor’s system, and we finally got to our room. My kids found trash on the floor, more rubbish and food under the bed, and even dirty clothes. The manager apologized and moved us to a new room, but I won’t stay here again.

The staff were helpful, the room was spacious, and the bed was comfy. Kids ran around and knocked on every guest's door early in the morning – not the hotel's fault – and that was unpleasant. The Wi‑Fi in one of the rooms was extremely poor.

The front looked great, and the beds in the rooms were very comfy. The bathrooms need updating; getting into the bath to shower is not practical, especially for elderly guests. If they renovate the rooms, it would look fresh.
