The place is great in terms of location, staff, the on‑site coffee shop, and the spa, but there’s no parking and the lift repairs made it noisy.

The hotel sits in an excellent spot near Mojo Market and the red bus line, but my friend had to climb four floors because the lift was broken, a fact that wasn’t mentioned when we booked, and I find it unreasonable to expect guests to walk that far.
