The neighborhood was quiet and the hotel was easy to reach. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was decent and the shower setup was very simple. However, the lighting controls were inconvenient and there was no dairy at breakfast.

The location is very convenient in a safe area, but the room is quite small and there’s no desk for guests who need to work.

The spot was great because we needed to be near the ICC Olympia, and the overground train was just down the road. We were assigned Room B3, which was right next to the breakfast/kitchen area, so we were woken around 6 am by the staff prepping breakfast and later by other guests arriving for breakfast. I told the very helpful lady at reception, and she moved me to a top‑floor room that was much quieter, so we weren’t disturbed.

The location was great; five mins walk from the station. The room was tiny, the breakfast was late as the only member of staff had train issues and there was no one to help her. The shower was tiny and soaked the whole bathroom!
