The staff were super friendly and very helpful, the room was spacious and clean, the location is great, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

The room was nice, comfortable and quiet, the staff were friendly, and the property stayed peaceful for most of our stay, giving us a good overall experience. The bathrooms were shared between men and women, which I hadn’t realized when booking, so I’d suggest bringing your own toiletries because the ones provided weren’t usable; the staff also didn’t explain the available facilities—plates, cups, and cutlery—when we checked in, so we had to buy those ourselves. Toward the end of our stay, as more rooms were occupied, we could hear people talking, especially in the morning.

Bonjour, ma femme et moi avons passé un court séjour à Alicante à la Pension Plaza América et franchement rien à dire : le personnel, l'accueil, la propriété sont très conviviaux, merci beaucoup et à la prochaine 😉

Everything was clean and nice; the entire stay felt very comfortable. The staff even let me iron my clothes;) they were very nice and responsive!
