Compared to other hotels, this one was cleaner, but even though I had a pre‑booking, I was made to wait about 20 minutes at check‑in, with no explanation from the staff. Everyone else was in line, so I ended up at the back, and I wanted to know whether a pre‑booking still required standing in line or not.
