I was turned away when I arrived even though I had a reservation, because they claimed I’d booked a capsule as a woman. I showed them the booking process and they admitted there was no gender option, yet they still refused me a capsule room because it was full. I don’t blame the receptionist, who was trying to help, but the people managing the booking site should do better.

The location is very close to the bus stand and offers good value for money.

The hotel is located directly opposite the bus station, which is very convenient. I had a capsule with a good curtain, lamp and socket, a small locker with a key. The Wi‑Fi is good and free hot water is provided. The only downside is that there is only one large common area for guests near the lobby.

I was pleased with the hotel's location, but unfortunately, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The hotel's proximity to the city was a major plus, but the uncleanliness of the rooms was a significant drawback.

The hotel's affordability and 24-hour check-in policy were definite pluses, but the congestion and lack of air in the rooms were significant drawbacks. While it was convenient to stay here, the cramped conditions made it difficult to breathe.
