The hotel feels a bit old and not very comfortable, but the staff are charming, the breakfasts are hearty, and its location in this trendy Turkish St Tropez is great. At least it’s the only hotel with an affordable price. We stayed two nights and, honestly, we slept!
The only thing I liked was the view from the window, though it was poor and didn’t open fully. The place was dirty, the plumbing was broken, and it smelled like sewage.
“Otelde organizasyon ve hijyen çok kötüydü.”
The only positive thing was the sea view in the room, which we paid extra for. I never recommend it. The problems we faced: 1. The hotel never organizes anything; we had half-board with breakfast and dinner, but breakfast times were unclear and the dinner schedule was vague – each time we asked, we were ignored, and when we went for dinner, the staff asked if we had dinner already. When I told the waiter we wanted dinner, he told me to go to the kitchen – unbelievable. 2. One morning the staff member serving breakfast was cutting his nails inside the bar while we ate, and the next day he washed himself with a hose behind our table – not a joke. 3. One waiter said we had a free water per day, but another waiter wrote the water we wanted in the room. 4. When we sat for dinner, we only asked for one rakı beside our meal, but even though I didn’t want another, he brought the most expensive rakı – our opinions never mattered here.
“Unvergesslich”
The staff are very friendly, the location is excellent, and the memories are beautiful – I’ll definitely come back. Nothing else to add.
The hotel is in a convenient spot and the staff are friendly. The room, especially the bathroom, needs serious repair and cleaning; cockroaches have appeared in the bathroom and corridors. Loud noise comes from below, and a foul smell emanates from the kitchen.
