The food is very good, the reception staff are smiling and helpful. The location is great, close to trails. In the dining hall, the staff obsessively watch what you eat and how much, with no smiles, and they never answered a child’s “good morning.”

I liked the location of the property. It was clean. The meals were tasty. I enjoyed the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. There were no basic TV channels (I couldn’t watch program 1 and 2).

I loved the food, the wellness facilities, and the playroom, but it was frustrating that no one spoke English.

The place was superb—spotlessly clean, everything organized professionally, the meals were delicious, the sauna and jacuzzi were fantastic, the staff were friendly and very helpful, and it was close to the trails.

Another successful stay at Diuna, where I stayed in my favorite room; thanks to the kind reception staff for getting me that room, the breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were tasty at home‑style, the price was attractive, and the location of the property was excellent.
