I really liked the staff – they were amazing. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t clean and the service was very poor.

The staff were pleasant, eager, helpful, and kind. They weren’t clearly responsible for the situation and did what they could with the resources available. The food was varied and good. On the downside, the disappointment was huge. The hotel claims a 4‑star rating, but the reality is far below what one would expect from an establishment of that class. The rooms and bathrooms were in a very concerning condition, the infrastructure was extremely poorly maintained, and cleanliness was clearly lacking. We even found cockroaches in the rooms, with photos as evidence. Management and the overall operation should seriously reconsider maintenance, renovation, and hygiene, which seem to have been largely neglected. It feels like the hotel relies more on the displayed 4‑star status than on the actual quality of services offered today. I won’t return and I absolutely do not recommend it.

The buffet was nice, the room was fine, and the staff were friendly. The music at the pool was too loud, the internet and air conditioning didn’t always work, and the location was rather far from the city center.

I loved the location and the staff, especially the gate guard and the other employees, and I thanked the nice employee Sam who works at the outdoor bar. The hotel really needs a full renovation because it is truly old.

I had a horrible experience; everything was disgusting. This hotel is a disgrace for Tunisia. Be careful, never go there – it’s the worst scam. Even if it’s free, it’s not worth it.
