Residence Hluboká, nestled in Hluboká nad Vltavou, occupies a historic manor that exudes charm. Guests enjoy a sun terrace, garden, and Wi‑Fi. Rooms feature private baths, kitchenette. The Chateau Hluboká lies under a kilometer away, while Galerie Knizeci Dvur and Zámek are within walking distance. Private check‑in/out, lounge, outdoor play area, parking, bike hire, and tour desk enhance convenience.

We were more than pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. The apartment was super equipped and everything was super clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was so central that we didn’t need a car for the entire stay. We will definitely come back.

The apartment is new, very spacious and beautiful with good equipment, but the wine in the minibar at 250 Kč feels like supermarket boxed wine, and the receptionist said she could do nothing about it. The staff overall were a weak point. The attached restaurant, sharing staff, closed its kitchen at 19:00 (!) and when we asked about an afternoon reservation the same person seemed to forget to inform us, so we had to look for another place that evening. It's a shame because those little mishaps ruin the whole investment in otherwise lovely accommodation.

We can confirm all the overwhelmingly positive reviews. The accommodation is beautiful and quiet, with only friendly staff and no parking problems. The TV offers a large selection of German‑language programs that we have not encountered abroad before. A supermarket is within walking distance, and the bus stop to Budweis is about 300 m away (schedules and tickets—including with the driver—are available in the IDESKA app). One more note for castle visitors in Hlubuka: photography is prohibited indoors.
