“Decent hotel in quiet pocket of Nusa Dua”

We were greeted warmly by the staff and they were incredibly helpful getting us settled into our room—checked in immediately even though we arrived early. They also arranged a scooter rental within minutes. We didn’t get a chance to explore the surrounding area much; the purpose of our stay was to visit friends in a nearby hotel. It’s in a quiet pocket just a short walk from the main road where you can find convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, etc. The room may have been the issue, but there was definitely some wear and tear: the bathroom tap was loose, the shower was coming off the wall, towels had holes, and the pillows were full of lumped‑up foam. Little things that let an otherwise perfectly good hotel down. Breakfast was also quite disappointing—a 1‑egg omelette and a piece of watermelon, too small even for my 6‑year‑old son.

“Great stay! Lovely little guest house!”

Friendly staff were always ready to help, and everything we needed was just a short walk away. The rooms were spacious enough, and the price was great if you’re watching your budget. We stayed 3 nights with 2 adults and 4 children. A few details would have helped before booking, but overall it was a solid stay; I’d come back without the kids if I were looking for another budget option. The booking said breakfast was included, yet we only got one breakfast per room. I had booked 2 rooms, each with 1 adult and 2 children. Towels weren’t replaced daily and we only received 2 per room even though there were 3 people in each; I asked for extra towels on the last day and they finally provided them. The pool was only open from 10 am to 9 pm, a fact I didn’t know and would have avoided if I’d known, especially with children. The owner let the kids use the pool a bit earlier one morning, but I didn’t want to keep asking.

The place is quiet. You can sleep well. The bed is very comfortable. The pool is small but clean. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are too. The staff are very helpful. We were four families with children and needed the whole villa. It’s a good spot for a group of friends. We went to the beach in the central area, Mengiat or Geger. At Yasa Segara Beach Club we liked it the most (beach with airy sunbeds, a restaurant with OK prices in the back). Geger had a prettier sea, but the beach was more crowded. With Grab it’s very convenient, to any of the locations.

“Great value, clean, lovely accommodation and staf”

The service and accommodation were fantastic. Nyoman and his lovely girls went above and beyond to ensure we were cared for, and they take great pride in their guesthouse, maintaining high standards. Thanks for a great stay! Nothing was wrong—it was perfect.

Kubu. BEnoa guest house is very clean, and we were satisfied with the housekeeping. It sits in a good spot, the staff are kind and friendly, and they provided everything we needed, even the boss found a floating tray for us. Thank you for this. Only the breakfast was a bit poor, with a limited selection.
