The bed was comfortable, but the carpet on the floor was a downside.

We stayed in a side‑located double room that was pleasantly quiet, and we didn’t hear any noise from neighboring rooms, only occasional footsteps down the hallway; the mattresses were just right for us—firm and very comfortable to sleep on. The carpeted floor was unhygienic, and there were noticeably too few storage spots and hooks; for a week‑long stay we mostly had to live out of our suitcase, and the room was only cleaned on the fourth day. If you want more frequent cleaning you have to request it at reception, which is poor service, especially since there’s no discount for the limited cleaning.

Everything was fantastic—wishing you all the best. The staff were wonderful, the reception was also great, courteous, explained everything nicely, clean, quiet, and everything was close by.

Clean and quiet. Reception in check in time. At 17 afternoons there is no reception for check in. The guy in bar (bartender) has zero interest to recover receptionist
