“Great stay, lovely location, bad customer support”

The facility was great, very private, clean, and the internet was excellent; the location is fantastic with no complaints. I didn’t receive an invoice, which is a problem for work travel; this was the first host who didn’t give one. They explained their business relationship with the platform, as if I cared, and I had to call customer support to learn I must get an invoice from the host. Strange. I won’t return because of the bureaucracy, but if you don’t need an invoice, this place is lovely.

The distance to the centre and the beach is fine, and parking is available. The rooms are very small, the furnishings are noticeably old, and the bathroom is so cramped that it’s hard to navigate; anyone taller than 180 cm has to angle themselves to use the toilet. There are several small defects – loose and tiny toilet seat, broken blinds, missing sockets – that didn’t lift the mood. We stayed here two years ago when it was privately run; the rooms were better then, and the good breakfast and low price made the small rooms tolerable. Now there’s no breakfast, though you can use the breakfast room and kitchen, but the price feels high. If you want to eat out, you’ll quickly find a price range where you can get better rooms with breakfast. The location is top, but you need to decide what matters to you. If you plan to stay in the room for long and don’t want to cook, you won’t feel comfortable here; we’ll look elsewhere next time.

It was clean, well‑located for the beach and shops, and still quiet in the evenings and at night. Everything was available – stove, fridge, enough space to cook. The staff were friendly during key hand‑over. My little son and I felt very comfortable and will definitely come back next year. Nothing negative.

Check‑in and check‑out were good, the staff were friendly, and the location excellent, but accessing the room was an issue and the bathroom isn’t in the room – it seems intended only for the guest’s use. A small personal fridge and a bathroom in the room would make the price‑performance ratio excellent for me.
