I had a very comfortable stay at the Ivy. The value for the price was excellent! The place was clean, safe, on a street lined with many restaurants and shops but not noisy. The Wi‑Fi worked, hot water and AC were fine, and everything was in order. The staff communicated well and promptly.

The hotel is very nicely located and the staff were courteous. The room interiors were average, and the linen smelled when we checked in. The shower head in the bathroom wasn’t great. The rooms were pretty average, and the balcony that connects four rooms lacks privacy.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and shops, and the staff were polite and supportive. They helped me adjust my booking date in a very nice and courteous way. The toilets could be cleaner, and the towels were old and not very clean.

Breakfast was perfect—a spread that was just right, nothing more, nothing less. The breakfast staff were very cordial and helpful. Everything else was good, but because it was low season, they had their own constraints, which is understandable when the season isn’t favorable.
