The location was great, close to city life, and the staff were kind and supportive. However, after the initial cleaning, towels weren’t changed unless requested, and the room wasn’t visited by staff, which was challenging when we ran out of toilet paper. Additionally, the air conditioner and bath were leaking.

The staff were great—smiling, helpful, and nice to me. The location is ideal for walking around the city or catching a metro. Unfortunately, there was mould in the room and toilet, and the bed sheets weren’t very clean.

I suggest they clean rooms every day, but they don’t, which is a bit annoying.

Отличное месторасположение, вокруг много кафе, магазинов. До центра города и старого города легко было дойти пешком. Приветливый персонал. У нас была грязная ванная комната, дверь в нее не закрывалась, так что вода попадала в номер. Очень плохое освещение
