⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Poor Hygiene, Maintenance and Overall Experience One of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. I stayed here with my entire family during our holiday, and I genuinely felt that my hard-earned money had no value. The room was extremely unhygienic and poorly maintained. There was dust everywhere, the bed linen did not appear properly clean, and there was a strong dusty/unpleasant smell. The air conditioner was leaking water inside the room and was barely cooling, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Even the AC remote control was visibly dirty and covered in grime. I have included photographs with this review so potential guests can see the condition for themselves. The problems were not limited to the room. Floors were slippery, handrails and other areas were covered with dust, and the overall property appeared to have been neglected for a long time. It was very clear to me that regular cleaning, servicing and maintenance were not being carried out to an acceptable standard. I was travelling with my family and child, which made the lack of hygiene particularly concerning. A hotel should provide a clean and safe environment, especially for families. I have been living abroad for more than 15 years and have stayed in many different hotels. As an Indian, it was genuinely disappointing to experience accommodation of this standard in Velankanni, a place visited by people from all over India and abroad. I seriously question how a property in this condition continues to operate without proper inspection and enforcement of basic hygiene and maintenance standards. This felt less like a proper hotel stay and more like paying for a room that had been neglected. I could not sleep properly throughout the night. To anyone planning to stay here: please look carefully at recent reviews and photographs before spending your money. Your family deserves better than this. Very poor hygiene. Very poor maintenance. “It is a very neat and clean hotel with a comfortable stay and a pleasant atmosphere.”

Spacious room, neat and clean bathroom, good location, and spacious car parking. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. The TV was not working initially, but the staff attended to the issue immediately and resolved it

Excellent breakfast .Dinner also good. Could have had a few more toilet paper rolls in the bathrooms
