A lovely villa tucked in nature, the bed was comfy and the place was clean, plus the breakfast was good. The only drawback is that the rooms are on the second floor and the stairs are pretty steep, so if you have mobility issues keep that in mind.

The room and the surrounding area offered plenty of space, and the Tuscan setting was beautiful. There were no negatives.

The charming farmhouse was very characteristic and well connected. The first‑floor rooms were spacious with furnishings in the farmhouse style, and there was a restaurant, though it was closed. Breakfast was generally good and the value for money was solid. The entrance drive was a bit uneven but under repair, and a noisy air‑conditioner kept us company all night, but we got used to it.

Set among the Umbrian hills, the place was quiet and had a rustic, romantic farmhouse vibe, conveniently located just a short walk from main roads. Breakfast varied, and the options for intolerant or allergic guests could be improved; despite a note made at booking, the variety was limited compared to what other guests had access to, such as homemade cakes and other treats. The staff were very willing to make amends.
