What I liked most about the hotel’s facilities was the human quality of the staff who welcomed us in a way that made us feel like family; they were respectful and authentic. The receptionist Daniela is charismatic and always attentive to our stay, checking how we slept and if we were okay. Everything else was great; all the team worked together and the cleaning was superb. I would definitely book again and again because I felt so at home at Hotel Atelier; I recommend it 1000%. Nothing was missing, everything I liked, and I fell in love with their warm welcome.
