The staff member who welcomed us didn’t tell us about the hotel’s services or facilities, nor how the pool worked or where it was, nor how to access it, nor about the breakfast we paid for, which wasn’t even available.

The accommodation is generally good and the rooms are well equipped. The breakfast offered is very complete and has everything. The pool is great, though during peak hours there isn’t enough space for everyone, especially in the hammock area. We missed a toilet brush and maybe a hanger or a spot to hang towels so they dry faster.

I couldn't find a parking spot at the hotel, which was frustrating.

The breakfast was good, but I wish it had been included in the room rate. We would have liked to use the pool, though we understand October weather made that difficult.
