The front‑desk guy was very nice, spoke both Spanish and English, and I’d recommend him 100%. The hotel smelled clean and fresh.

Carla at the Check‑In Counter sorted registration issues and made the whole trip smooth and problem‑free; she greeted us every time we passed the lobby. The breakfast lady prepared a nice meal, asked if we needed anything, and was friendly whenever we saw her elsewhere in the hotel. The overall vibe was welcoming and super friendly. The only downside was that the shower door in room 423 was hard to open and close.
