Close to Taqsim square, the room is clean and spacious, and it had both central and split‑unit air conditioning.

On my fourth visit, everything had changed—the towels, the furniture, everything was different. The staff, the towels, the furniture were also issues.

I liked the hotel’s location near Taksim Square, even though it’s a bit far from the tourist core. The welcome details in the room, the daily bottled water refills, and the fairly complete breakfast were nice. The room was small, but it had a little terrace overlooking the city. The hotel didn’t have a café, but there was a small bar in the lobby where they offered coffee, snacks, or lemonade on occasion. The room size was a problem, especially since we were a group and saw other rooms that were much larger. I also didn’t like that on departure day, which was at the same time the breakfast area opened, they couldn’t give us the breakfast picnic bag because they said we’d notified them too late (we did so the day before).
