Nestled in San Sebastián’s historic Old Town, Pension Loinaz provides free Wi‑Fi and rooms with wooden floors, heating, and wardrobes. The Port lies 500 m away, La Concha Beach a 5‑minute stroll, and Victoria Eugenia Theatre 300 m distant. Zurriola Beach is 500 m away, Monte Urgull reachable in 15 minutes, and Bilbao Airport 100 km away.

The staff were very kind and the location was perfect, so I’d recommend it!

As other reviews say, the location is amazing—couldn’t be more central in the old town; there were plenty of bathrooms so we didn’t have to wait, and everything was absolutely spotlessly clean; as others note, it’s noisy if you face the street, but we could close the window and use a fan, so we didn’t mind; the mattresses are a little hard, but the room was clean and well organized; the only complaint was that I was suddenly charged a “deposit” while there and had to argue to get it back, which I eventually did, but overall I liked this place

The staff were helpful and the location was great. There was a shared bathroom however it was no problem as there are three available to use

Perfect location in the middle of San Sebastian’s old town, everything is within walking distance; the accommodation was very clean and kept tidy constantly, with 4 shared bathrooms for relatively few rooms—so a free bathroom was always available :) Free water dispenser and friendly staff
