The hotel is new and well maintained, located about a 10‑minute walk from the city center yet still surrounded by many bars and a few good restaurants—I'd recommend Mironi for a great dinner—and there's a fantastic bar inside the restaurant on the eighth floor with a nice city view. The area, however, isn't the best; the first impression is harsh, but you quickly realize that the same level of decay is common throughout the city, so unfortunately the overall vibe is quite rough.

The rooftop terrace was enjoyable and the bathroom felt luxurious, but the location disappointed me; the neighborhood felt unsafe and quite dirty, so I made sure to return before dark every evening.

The location is excellent, walking distance to most sights, the room was spacious and spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly.
