The cleaning staff were friendly, but everything was filthy; it was advertised as a non‑smoking property and it clearly wasn’t.

The location was fine and the staff were okay, yet the room was advertised as non‑smoking but smelled of smoke, the carpet was dirty, the pillows were tiny and in bad shape, the outlet plugs didn’t work, and the towels didn’t absorb water well.

It offered the best value, but there was no breakfast.

The price was reasonable, but the room key wouldn’t open the door, so I had to go back to the front desk for a rekey. The sink was dripping, which I reported at checkout. They also charged an extra $50.00 deposit at check‑in, claiming it would be refunded at checkout, which is absurd for a one‑night stay. The bed was comfortable, but new pillows are needed. The shower needs a rebuild; it makes a noise as if it can’t handle a person’s weight. New carpet in the room would help.
