The rooftop terrace is lovely for sunset, and you can cook both on the terrace and one floor below; a small supermarket is around the corner. The view is already great :) We liked the colors and design of the rooms and had everything we needed. It was super noisy, we could hear every step from the room above us. The room faces a building ruin directly. Parking is somewhat difficult. There are no particularly good restaurants in town. The check‑in was impersonal with a key box, meaning you had to send a photo of your ID first. Even though it’s mandatory in Italy, no live or video‑chat ID verification took place.

The place where I stayed in Baunei surpassed every expectation; the room was spotless, bright, simple, and carefully detailed, a welcoming and pleasant environment to return to after seaside days and hikes. Shampoo and body wash were provided. The shared kitchen had everything needed for cooking, including basic items like oil, vinegar, and salt. New coffee pods, tea, and herbal teas were added daily. An extra bonus was the free use of the washing machine, a rare and very useful convenience for longer stays. The panoramic terrace is the real highlight; besides the magnificent view, perfect for breakfasts and dinners, there’s also a second kitchen that makes the space even more functional and special. The location is ideal, convenient for reaching both the town and the nearby beaches. Even though contact was only via WhatsApp, the owner was always very kind, present, and available at any moment, responding immediately to every question. If I could give more than 10, I would without hesitation. It’s a place I’d gladly return to and recommend to anyone; the value for money is unbeatable.

“2 noites em Baunei”

The location is good, the room is comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos, and the common terrace on the top floor offers an excellent view that’s ideal for breakfast. Because we were in the RC room, the water pump noise common to all rooms was a bit annoying.

“Perfekte Unterkunft!”

The accommodation was great, very clean, the communal kitchen and rooms were top‑class, and the location was perfect for hikes, with free parking nearby every time. The special highlight was that from our room and balcony we could see the sun set behind the mountains each evening. I’d recommend it to everyone! The beds were a bit uncomfortable.
