Mr. Naci, the breakfast room manager, is exceptionally kind, very good, humorous, and worth meeting – his smile can lift your whole day, the best I’ve met! The hotel’s location is also very good. The cleanliness, however, was not up to par.

We finally chose Cihangir Hotel Bosphorus Istanbul for our third Istanbul trip and it turned out to be a brilliant pick. The spot in Cihangir is spot on, right in one of my favorite parts of the city, surrounded by charming cafés, restaurants and picturesque streets that let you soak up the local vibe. My room was spotless, cozy, and had every amenity we could wish for. The view from the balcony was stunning, making morning wake‑ups a real treat. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made us feel at home. After three visits to Istanbul, I can honestly say this hotel was a top choice, and I’ll definitely book again on my next trip and recommend it to anyone heading to the city.

we chose this hotel for the view - and it didn't disappoint <3 the balcony was super nice with a table and a couple chairs and a separate light. the beds were very comfy and the bedding was nice and new, the pillows full and soft. Some of the staff were super nice and helpful. Everything is accessible with both elevators working and a ramp downstairs. The hotel is in a non-touristy area close to little restaurants and bars where the locals go. Honestly, loved everything. The only thing to keep in mind - the hotel is up on a hill with a thousand steps leading to and from it. But that's Istanbul. My mom knee implants and we had to take a taxi up the hill every time
