The rooms were comfortable and the location was good. The buffet had a lot of quantity but little quality, the indoor pool was paid, and the cocktails lacked alcohol while many drinks were from a sub‑brand.

“Limited time for food and load music in the evenings”

There were plenty of activities for kids, good facilities, and everything was well maintained. However, our room was over the tent area and it got very loud in the evenings when the music was on, making it hard for our kids to sleep. When we booked, the hotel said food was available all the time, which isn’t true—the main buffet closes from 3‑6 pm and from 11 am to 12 pm. There’s an “Italian” restaurant next to it, but it has a very limited menu, like chips and a few chicken nuggets, which made it tough for us because our daughter napped from 12:30 to 3 pm and we were very limited with food for her, while the baby went to bed at 6:30‑7 pm, so we had to rush to eat so we could get back to the room for her sleep.

Clean rooms and tasty food and drinks, though the food could have been warmer; at least microwaves were available.
