The photos are misleading and the advertisement is false. The ventilation is a mere 0.25×0.25 cm at a height of 2 m, the shower hose is no longer protected, the tap no longer holds, and the décor is cramped. The photos are very deceptive. Additionally, the exit is a road without a sidewalk, no space to drop off luggage, cars cannot move forward, and to park you have to drive three times around the town. Breakfast is served at 7:30 am, which is inconvenient if you’re catching a flight early, and you can’t even sit on the bed for a coffee – scandalous.

The owner was very attentive and helped me a lot. The accommodation is well‑equipped, clean, and spacious. The only issue is the proximity to a train station; trains pass very often at night.

The accommodation was fine and close to the airport, which was why I chose it, but looking back I might have preferred staying in the city. The room had complimentary snacks, a nice gesture from the host. The problem wasn’t the property itself; according to Italian law, every person entering the B&B must be registered with the police. I wanted to inform the host that in the morning a guest would come to my room because a family member was arriving early in Bari, and instead of meeting in the centre I’d chosen a hotel near the airport so I wouldn’t have to wake up early, pick her up, go to my room, have breakfast, and leave. Apparently that isn’t an option.
