The girl running the place is the best! She’s helpful, very responsive, and well‑spoken. The double room is spacious with a balcony and a nice view, clean and well equipped. The kitchen is nice and has everything you need, also with a balcony 😄 A 10‑minute walk to Palermo centrale, 10/10

The coffee and pies were very tasty, but we stayed in a local room where one bed was dirty and smelled afterward. We and my husband had to share a single bed. Not changing the linens from the previous guest is TERRIBLE. This was the first time we experienced that 🙀

The stay was successful. The location is great, everything is close. Highly recommended!!!

The location is good, the interior décor is interesting and pleasant, but the breakfast is weak—mostly sweet items, crackers, yogurt, cereal, and milk, with no cold cuts or vegetables. The bread is only toast bread. If you wake up early enough, you might still find an egg and a piece of cheese in the fridge for the toast or crackers. There was no breakfast staff; you have to guess whether the items in the fridge are for guests or someone else’s. We assumed that if it wasn’t labeled, it was for guests. I hope we didn’t eat anyone’s private food.

The spot was great, but the water wasn’t sealed properly.
